Timetable for IPO of Jinko Solar subsidiary Jiangxi Jinko is set

The Shanghai Stock Exchange on Jan. 6 announced the timetable for the initial public offering of Jinko Solar Co., Ltd. (»Jiangxi Jinko«), the operating subsidiary of Chinese solar module maker JinkoSolar Holding Co., Ltd. According to the statement, Jinko plans to issue two billion shares, representing about 20 percent of the shares outstanding after the IPO. The roadshow for potential investors will be held between Jan. 7 and 11. The pricing is then expected to be confirmed by the Shanghai Stock Exchange on Jan. 13. The issuance and subscription date is scheduled for January 17. The final result of the IPO is then scheduled to be announced by the Shanghai Stock Exchange on January 21. The listing is to be made on the Shanghai Stock Exchange's Sci-Tech Innovation Board.
