Tenergie acquired several solar plants in France with an installed capacity of nearly 140 MW

French independent renewable energy power producer Tenergie has acquired 29 solar power plants in operation, representing 108 MW. The acquisition was made in partnership with Crédit Agricole Pyrénées-Gascogne Énergies Nouvelles, through their joint venture Terres d'Energie SAS. These assets, consisting of ground-based power plants and parking shades, are located in New Aquitaine, Occitania and the Southern Region.
Separately, the company announced the acquisition of 4 new photovoltaic plants with a capacity of 31 MW in the Var and the Pyrénées-Orientales. Three of the acquired power plants combine agricultural activities like hives, sheep and vines coexist with solar panels and benefit from the shade created by the latter.
