Solek starts construction of 16 MW PV plants in Chile

Czech development company Solek Group began to built three solar plants in the Maule Region and the Valparaíso Region in Chile, namely the Villa Seca (Maule Region, installed capacity of 2.99 MW), Los Paltos (Valparaíso Region, installed capacity of 2.99 MW) and Santa Fe (Maule Region, installed capacity of 10.66 MW), with a total capacity of 16.64 MW. In addition, Solek has started building projects with a total capacity of up to 70 MW this year, says the company. The power plants are part of Solek’s intention to build solar projects with a capacity of 250 MW in Chile over three years.
