»The smarter E Europe«: Delta presents pre-assembled storage system for commercial and e-car charging stations

Taiwanese systems technology provider Delta Electronics Inc. is launching its »Energy storage skid solution«, a battery storage system that can be configured from various components and is pre-assembled on skids. The concept is primarily intended for use by commercial enterprises and in charging stations for electric cars. A bidirectional inverter, the battery, the internal power distribution system, and the control and communication systems are prefabricated and integrated with Delta’s energy management system. The goal is to shorten the installation and connection work. Delta also anticipates a smaller footprint.
The system can be configured with one to three storage elements based on lithium iron phosphate (LFP) batteries for outputs of 100 to 200 kW at capacities of 250 to 800 kilowatt-hours.
