SECI tenders more than 1 GW of grid connected PV power including 20 MW FPV and 97 MW rooftop systems

The Indian Solar Energy Corporation of India Limited (SECI) announced three tenders for the expansion of renewable capacity in the country. This includes 1,000 MW grid connected PV power projects by the Government Producers with Viability Gap Funding (VGF) support for self-use or use by the Government.
Furthermore, the agency tenders a 20 MW (ac) floating PV (FPV) power plant with 60 MWh BESS including 10 years O&M service at Union Territory, Lakshadweep, Uttar Pradesh, India. The projects will be spread across the 11 islands and aims at powering the electricity supply of the inhabited islands in Lakshadweep partly or wholly through renewable energy sources.
Moreover, SECI announced the tender of 97.5 MW grid connected rooftop PV system for Government Buildings in different States and Union Territories of India.
