Schletter doubles revenue

German mounting system manufacturer Schletter Solar GmbH (Schletter Group) reports sales of around € 330 million ($ 351 million) for 2022, 109 percent more than in the previous year. According to its own statements, this makes Schletter »one of the ten largest manufacturers of solar mountning systems in the world.« The company has also hired more than 200 new employees, bringing its total workforce to more than 500. New solar power capacity installed on Schletter systems worldwide is reported at more than 6.5 gigawatts.
The growth was »profitable«; the company, which is not subject to reporting requirements, did not provide details. Schletter had acquired € 65 million via a bond placement in October for further expansion and is currently building a new production site in Turkey.
