German mounting system manufacturer Schletter Group has acquired three orders for solar power plants with a total capacity of 85 MW in Nepal, Brazil and Honduras. All three projects use the FS system for fixed mounting.
The contract in Brazil, for which construction work is already underway, comes from HDT International, with whom Schletter has been cooperating since 2018. The PV systems with a total capacity of around 50 MW are being built in the Minas Gerais and Sao Paolo regions. In Honduras Schletter supplies the assembly systems for a 10 MW power plant of the Spanish renewable energy project developer Negratin S.L. In Nepal, a 25 MW solar power plant financed by the World Bank is being built in Bidur near the capital Kathmandu.
