Renesola to build 26 MW of solar projects in Poland

Chinese solar project developer Renesola Ltd was awarded 26 solar utility projects in Poland with a capacity of 1 MW each. These projects will be built under Poland's Contract for Difference (CFD) regime and are eligible for a 15-year guaranteed tariff of PLN 354.8 to 358.8 ($93.5) per MWh, close to the highest auction price of PLN 364.9/MWh.
At the beginning of November, the company sold 55 MW solar projects in Poland to global investor Chroma Impact Investment. Renesola was awarded to build 55 solar systems (1 MW each) in December 2017 under similar terms of the CFD regime. According to the former announcement, 14 of 55 MW were connected. The rest of the projects are under construction and are expected to be fully operational by the first half of 2019.
