Raicoon offers »100 percent fault detection guarantee wit no false alarms« for AI-supported plant monitoring system

Vienna, Austria-based Raicoon GmbH, in cooperation with insurance group Munich Re (Munich Reinsurance Company), is offering a guarantee of detection of all faults without false alarms for its »Autonomous Operations Center« (AOC), an AI-supported system for automated operation management of photovoltaic plants. According to Raicoon's announcement, this will be covered by Munich Re via a specially developed insurance product: »If the AOC generates a false alarm or fails to detect an anomaly«, Raicoon will fully compensate for the resulting loss.
