The Swiss stock exchange SIX has given Meyer Burger Technology AG until the end of July to submit its 2024 annual report. Meyer Burger announced this on Tuesday. The company was originally due to publish its annual financial statements by the end of May.
The company cites ongoing negotiations regarding the restructuring of bridge financing granted by bondholders, as well as partial sales of the existing business, as the reason for the delay. »The potential impact of these negotiations and such partial sales on the liquidity situation and the annual financial statements for fiscal year 2024 on the valuations contained therein and on certain key financial figures of Meyer Burger is significant,« the company said.
At the same time, SIX has extended the trading halt on Meyer Burger shares, imposed on 2 June, until the end of July.
