Megacell adopts ISC's bifacial BiSoN solar cell technology

Italian solar cell manufacturer Megacell Srl has signed a licensing agreement with German research institute ISC Konstanz to integrate ISC's bifacial BiSoN solar cell technology into its monocrystalline cell lines. Megacell operates an 80 MW manufacturing facility in Carmignano del Brenta, in the northern Italian region of Veneto. The agreement also authorizes Megacell to provide ISC’s technology to other solar producers.
