Longi Green Energy Technology has increased the efficiency of its Hi-MO 9 module, which was launched last year, to 24.8 percent. According to the company, the maximum output power is now 670 watts. Longi attributes the 10 watt increase in performance to the integration of its zero busbar technology and the full-surface passivation of its half cells. At the same time, the bifaciality has been increased to 80 percent. The back-contact module is based on Longi’s proprietary n-type silicon wafer TaiRay.
