Across Ontario, Grasshopper Energy has developed, fully constructed, and manages over 4.000 solar residential projects and 200 commercial projects

Canadian solar company Grasshopper Energy Corp. has signed an agreement with the Romanian/Moldovan noble Sturdza family to develop, build and operate solar projects in Romania with a capacity of up to one gigawatt. The investment volume through 2030 is reportedly about $1 billion.
The Romanian government aims to increase installed renewable energy capacity by 7 GW by 2030. Renewables are then expected to cover 30.7 percent of total electricity demand.
Grasshopper Energy says it owns $1.8 billion in renewable energy assets and has a global development pipeline worth $6.5 billion.
