Enphase achieved significant increase of revenue and income in Q2 2021

US energy technology company and microinverter manufacturer Enphase Energy Inc. reported revenue of $316 million in the second quarter 2021, an increase by 5 percent compared to the first quarter of 2021, and a significant yoy increase compared to $125 million in Q2 2020. Net income was $39 million, in Q2 2020 the company achieved net loss of more than $47 million (Q1 2021: net income $31 million).
Regarding the first half of this year, Enphase achieved revenue of $617 million, a significant increase as well compared to $331 million in H1 2020. Net income more than tripled from $21 million in H1 2020 to $71 million in H1 2021. Enphase shipped approximately 2,362,401 microinverters, or 796 MW, and 43 MWh hours of Enphase Storage systems in Q2 2021.
For the third quarter of 2021, the company estimates revenue to be within a range of $335 million to $355 million, which includes shipments of 60 to 70 MWh storage systems.
