Enfinity Global acquires 400-megawatt portfolio in the USA

U.S. energy company Enfinity Global Inc. has completed the acquisition of a total of 28 solar power plants with a combined capacity of 400 megawatts in California, North Carolina and Idaho. The transaction between Enfinity and Swiss asset manager Capital Dynamics AG, announced last September, includes plants that became operational within the past five years and for which Enfinity says it has long-term power purchase agreements. The investment, which was not quantified, was financed by investment firm AB CarVal in cooperation with Bayerische Landesbank, Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Fifth Third Bank, National Association and Zions Bancorporation.
