Enel Green Power to develop 500 MW of solar in Romania, media

Italian renewable energy company Enel Green Power, part of the Enel Group, and Monsson Alma, a subsidiary of Monsson Group, have signed an agreement on the development of 500 MW of wind power and 500 MW of solar projects in Romania, according to the portal »Balkan Green Energy News«. Enel Green Power and Monsson Alma have also agreed to develop 300 MW storage capacities. The projects will be ready for construction in the next three years. Romania currently has wind farms with an installed capacity of 3 GW, and 1.4 GW in solar power plants, says the article.
