The Chinese Hengdian Group DMEGC Magnetics Co Ltd. has launched two module series with rectangular n-type cells in the G12RT and M10RT format and is marketing them under the name "Infinity modules". According to DMEGC, the TOPCon cells achieve an efficiency of up to 25.5 percent. The "M10RT 54" series comprises modules measuring 1,762 mm by 1,134 mm and is intended for the residential sector. Different versions are available: glass-foil, double glass, completely black or with a transparent back. The power range extends from 430 to 450 watts, which corresponds to an efficiency of up to 22.5 percent. The "G12RT 66" series for the power plant sector comprises modules measuring 2,382 mm by 1,134 mm and with a power range of 605 to 620 watts. The efficiency here is up to 23.0 percent. They are available in glass-foil and double glass versions. The modules have been certified by TÜV Rheinland and TÜV Süd. Some modules have also passed the extended load test in accordance with IEC TS 63209-1:2021. They are PFAS-free, RoHS and REACH-certified and, according to DMEGC, are made from 100% renewable energy. At the beginning of the year, the factory in Sihong, Jiangsu Province, where the modules are produced, received the "Zero Carbon Factory" certificate from TÜV SÜD.
