CSUN signs R&D agreement with University of New South Wales

Chinese cell and module manufacturer China Sunergy Co. Ltd. (CSUN) has signed an R&D cooperation agreement with Austrialian university the University of New South Wales (UNSW). Under the terms of the agreement, CSUN and UNSW will cooperate on research into new materials and technologies for wafer production that could improve crystalline silcon solar cells. As part of the agreement, CSUN plans to integrate UNSW's hydrogenation technology into its wafer production process.
