China Development Bank finances Shunfeng's Chinese PV projects totaling 130 MW

China Development Bank has provided millions in financing to yet another Chinese solar project developer.

Chinese state-owned China Development Bank has agreed to provide six special purpose companies of Chinese wafer, cell and module manufacturer Jiangsu Shunfeng International Ltd. with a total of 980,000,000 CNY ($161.9 million) in financing. The funds will be used to support the installation of six PV power plants with a combined capacity of 130 MW in western China’s Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. The PV plants will have a power range between 20 and 30 MW. The company did not say when the projects are scheduled to be completed.
