Canadian Solar supplies 25.3 MW of modules for four projects in North Carolina

Chinese-Canadian solar company Canadian Solar Inc. (CSI) will supply US-based EPC contractor National Renewable Energy Corp. (NARENCO) with 84,480 solar modules for four PV projects NARENCO is building in North Carolina. The four ground-mounted projects are located in Wayne and Duplin Counties and have a total capacity of 25.3 MW. The three Wayne County projects each have a capacity of 6.48 MW, while the sole Duplin County project has a capacity of 5.83 MW. CSI does not say when the projects are due to come online, nor does it say when it will begin shipping the modules. All four projects will use CSI’s CS6X- 300W max power modules.
