Canadian Solar to provide EPC services and supply modules for 175 MW solar farm in Australia

Canadian Solar Inc. will be partnering with Signal Energy to provide Engineering, Procurement and Constructions (EPC) services and supply crystalline solar modules for ESCO Pacific's 175 MW »Finley Solar Farm« in New South Wales, Australia. The solar plant will be built on approximately 1,000 acres of grazing, crop and irrigated lands near the small town Finley in the Riverina region. Over 490,000 of Canadian Solar's 1500V high efficiency KuMax modules (CS3U-P) will be installed on single-axis solar tracking systems. Construction of the project began in December 2018 and is expected to complete in October 2019.
Signal Energy, headquartered in Chattanooga, Tennessee, is the renewable energy subsidiary of EMJ Corporation, providing Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) services for utility-scale renewable energy projects. Signal Energy Australia was established in January 2018 and is headquartered in Sydney.
