Budweiser to help power bars and stadiums with renewable energy

Budweiser, a global brand of AB InBev, announced Wednesday (April 21) the launch of »The Energy Collective« to power bars, music events and stadiums worldwide with renewable energy. The initiative supports Budweiser parent AB InBev's recently published goal to reduce its entire value chain to zero carbon emissions by 2040. As part of this, The Energy Collective aims to help pub owners reduce their emissions by switching to 100 percent renewable electricity, and make it easier for those without access to affordable tariffs to access renewable electricity. In Brazil and Ireland, Budweiser producers say they have already converted more than 2,000 pubs to renewable energy.
