BRC Solar power optimizers compatible with Kostal inverters

BRC Solar GmbH of Germany, a manufacturer of power optimizers for solar modules, and Kostal Solar Electric GmbH have officially confirmed the compatibility of their products. The BRC Optimizer M500/14 has been successfully tested with Kostal's Plenticore plus series inverters, BRC announced on October 18. This means that the warranties of both products remain fully valid even when used in combination.
Kostal had already confirmed the compatibility of the Plenticore plus, Plenticore plus 2G and Piko IQ devices with the BRC Optimizer on June 21. In the statement published at the time, the company pointed out that the guarantees will only remain valid if the shadow management integrated in the inverters is deactivated.
