Aiko Solar plans Swiss IPO

According to a report by financial information service MT Newswires, Chinese cell manufacturer Shanghai Aiko Solar Energy Co, Ltd is exploring an IPO in Switzerland. No details were given about the size of the share issue. Aiko Solar had only said that the shares issued would not exceed ten percent of its share capital.
Aiko Solar has four manufacturing sites in China with a production capacity of 36 GW for PERC and 6.5 GW for n-type cells. The company is already listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange (SHA: 600732).
