Troy Dalbey is the managing director and general manager of UpSolar America.

Dalbey joined UpSolar in 2009, starting the US-based subsidiary , UpSolar America, for the China-based corporation. Prior to UpSolar, he worked for American Solar Electric and Third Pillar Systems.

Dalbey has a degree from the Arizona State University, Phoenix.
