Official sponsorship will be referenced in the conference’s opening and closing speeches.

PARTY SPONSORSHIP (One sponsor for each party)   1 × € 6,000

A party will be held on the first day of the event (6.30-9.30 pm) in the foyer area in front of the conference rooms. Access to the party is free of charge for all conference attendees. There will be one live musician at each event.

Your package:

• The party sponsor’s logo will be printed on the beverage coupons and displayed throughout the party’s venue
• Distribution of sponsor-branded materials on the cocktail tables
• The logo will appear on signs leading to the party area

CHARGING TERMINAL(One sponsor per conference)   6 × € 5,000

We will set up a charging terminal with 10 workstations in each conference room. At these stations, attendees can charge their mobile phones or laptops.

Your package:

• The logo will be prominently displayed in the designated area
• The logo will appear on signs leading to the charging terminal
• Opportunity to place one tabletop advertisement (a leaflet, for example) at the charging terminal
• One free ticket to the sponsored conference

There will be a press offi ce equipped with workstations where press representatives can go online.
The press offi ce will be located at an attractive spot near the conference halls.

• Sponsorship includes the provision of workstations, furniture, space, internet set-up, internet connection and technical support.

There will be a business center at the conference equipped with computers, web access,
printers and staffed with assistants during conference hours.
