  2. Save the document to your PC or print it on white paper.
  3. Fill out the document with your PC (all fields with blue background can be activated by a mouseclick and completed easily) or manually by using block letters.
  4. Send the document to ticket@photon.info or to +49-241-4003-5500.

A few days after receipt of your registration, you will receive a confirmation with a barcode. Please take this confirmation letter to the event. Our ticket counters are marked with signs for »barcode« and »registration«. Please use the counter marked »barcode« (it is exclusively for pre-registered visitors) to obtain your admission badge and event documentation onsite.

 

If you want to avoid possible delays on the day of the event, you are kindly invited to collect your tickets and documents on May 15, 2012 between the hours of 4 pm and 8 pm at the ticket counter.

INVITATION FOR VISA

We ask that all visitors that require a written invitation for a visa to register for the event in advance (online, by fax, or by e-mail). As part of the registration, please complete the online form Invitation for visa. The invitation will then be delivered as you prefer, either by e-mail or per regular mail.

What does admission to the conferences cost?

Can I get an early-bird discount on conference tickets?

Yes, you’ll receive a 10% discount if you register by January 31, 2012. If you order by March 31, 2012, you’ll receive a discount of 5%.

Can I get any other discounts for conference tickets?

Yes, you’ll receive a discount of 100€ if you purchase tickets for two or more conferences.

Is lunch included in the price of my conference ticket?

Yes, in addition to admission, the ticket price includes an all-day supply of refreshments, lunch and snacks during the morning and afternoon break.

How do I obtain the conference documentation?

As a conference visitor, you’ll find a USB stick with all conference presentations in your documentation in the conference room. If you cannot participate in the conference, you can take advantage of our video-on-demand service. The costs for the conference video are the same as the admission costs for the individual conferences. The video will be available around 4 weeks after the event.

Can I register for the conferences onsite?

Of course, you can register for the conferences onsite. However, we should underscore that conference attendance is limited. If a conference is sold out, no additional tickets can be purchased. We therefore recommend pre-registration.

Where can I obtain my tickets onsite?

Please visit the ticket counter and approach the counter marked »tickets.« The counter marked »barcode« is only for pre-registered customers.

How can I pay for my tickets?

If you register online, by fax, or email, you can pay by debit card, bank transfer or credit card. Onsite, you can only pay via credit card.
